Vintage Iron Double Harpoon Loose Hay Fork circa Early 1900s. Double Harpoon Hay forks date back to at least 1908 when the first patent for this type of hay fork was filed. They were used to lift hay into the multi-story barns along using an overhead rope and pulley system. Condition: Rusty, but normal for its age. This is 36” tall and 20” wide.
