I assume this is a Warn combo brush guard from the 80s/90s. There is no branding, but photos match it. I pulled it off a '91 Suburban (squarebody) a few years ago. It is missing the hoops that would extend out and around the headlights which is a bummer.
I also assume it will only fit '81+ Squarebodies. I can't be 100% in that, but I do know the bumpers changed slightly after that. Width wise it the holes seem to line up. The vertical mount ones seem to be off an inch, at least on my '76. Mounts are 25.5" W x 5.5" H (center) with a contour.
Had some surface rust in areas, so I hit it with needle descaler, wire wheel, primed and painted it black. Pulled the fairlead apart and cleaned and lubed it to roll easy. Those are cheap to swap if you don't like it.
Holes should fit most standard foot mount winches. They are 10" x 5.5/6.5" on center. More info than anyone would need for a bumper. I'm old school; cash only.
