This is a 3-year-old registered solid red dun paint mare! She has great names on her papers such as Hollywood Dun It and Doc Bar multiple times. She is one of those that was born broke! She had a 9-year-old put her 7th ride on her and not on a lead line! She walked, trotted, and loped both ways! This mare has had extensive groundwork done with her and it shows! I’m not talking about standing in the middle of the arena with a 100 ft long line with her running a circle. She has been taught and excels at many basic, intermediate, and advanced groundwork exercises. She is extremely respectful and quiet on the ground! She is currently learning to bow, lay down, and sit. While she has also had extensive desensitizing done, she is naturally very quiet and non-reactive. She stands like a statue for the farrier and to be vaccinated and dewormed. She is up to date on all vaccines and dewormer. She is also great to bathe and clip! This mare is very soft in the face laterally and vertically. She is slow and easy to ride. She will collect at all gaits and naturally carries her head below the withers. She is very broke throughout her entire body. She will move her shoulders and hips separately doing exercises such as shoulders in shoulders out, moving hips in and out, two tracking, all at the walk trot and lope. She pivots on the hindquarters and the forequarters and has an incredible side pass. This mare picks up both leads with ease and is ready for a show home where she can be ridden by kids or adults! She is super easy to teach! She wants to please and is very willing to try! She trail rides and jumps both in and out of the arena like a dream! She ponies and has been ponied. Rides in and out of the arena by herself or with other horses, and rides bareback in a halter the same as she does with a bridle and saddle. I literally can’t say a bad thing about this horse! We are currently working on flying lead changes which she does, but I wouldn’t say she is finished! She has a current coggins and health certificate. I may be willing to deliver for an extra fee.
