NEW, OPEN BOX HE300VG TURBOCHARGER WITH ACTUATOR FOR DODGE 6.7L CUMMINS HOLSET. This is a new unit that has never been used or installed. It does not come in the original box/packaging and has a few minor surface marks on the outside from being moved around outside of it's packaging. We'll show them in the photos, but they're superficial only and otherwise the turbo is in excellent/new condition.
