I’ve had this tiny home for a little while. I bought it as an Air Bnb and it was used as such. It is road worthy and is about 19 ft in length and 8 ft wide. It was built for off grid so it does have a very nice solar system on it, however if you wanted to put it on your property it does have the ability for you to plug it straight into your home from an extension cord. Everything in the home goes with it. I’m asking $40,000 or best offer. I do have a she shed as well that if you wanted to buy both and put them together for more living space it’s totally capable of that as well. I have it listed on here as well. If you buy both as a package deal I’ll give them for $45,000. Bought separately the tiny home is the same price but the shed is $8,000. If you have any questions I’m happy to help.
