This French Farmhouse Table is dated to the 1940s from what I can tell on the Internet. I bought it because I love it. It is served my purposes so well during my time owning it as I it opens from a small table to a large table to seat up to eight or more.

The beauty of the wood is amazing. It has a country finish, but it is lovely wood and the table is quite heavy. I’m not sure if it is pine or oak but it’s a lovely warm brown.

The TABLE when it is open is 63 1/2 inches long and 53 1/2 inches wide. When it is closed, it is 52 1/2 inches long and 31 1/2 inches.

As you can see in the pictures when you spin it before you open it into the large size there is a hidden compartment inside of the table. I have used that over the years to whole special items I want to hide in my home.
