Up for grabs is a single Bowflex dumbbell. The dumbbell itself is in great working condition but the cradle is in rough shape as it has a "custom" paint job and is broken on one side so you can only adjust one side at a time. Great if you have patience or just want to pick up an extra dumbbell.
