On May 1, 2026, I want to rent either the top portion or the bottom portion of my house or a room.

My house is located in Sunset Utah. The below prices include utilities (I pay utilities).

According to Utah law I cannot rent to 2 or more people who are blood related including marriage.

Single Room:

Top Level with hard wood floors approximately 1200 square feet:

3 bed rooms.

1 bathroom

1 living room.

1 shared kitchen.

1 shared laundry room.

___$1100 per month.

Bottom Level with brown carpet approximately 1000 square feet:

2 bed rooms.

1 bathroom.

1 living room.

1 shared kitchen.

1 shared laundry room.

___$900 per month.

Single Rooms. Depending on availability.

Upper-level room for $600

Lower-Level room for $500

These rooms are un-furnished; however, I can help you move any furniture you find.

Deposit $200 (refundable if leaving on good terms).

6 Month Lease.

I’m a nice guy and I don’t have a lot of friends or family. I’ve had a lot of people take advantage of me in the past.

I would welcome LDS people. I don’t drink or smoke or do illegal drugs and I don’t want someone who does any of those things either.

Drinking is ok if done in moderation (No Alcoholics) (No Drugs).

We all need friends and family and safety and no one is above that; however, we need people we can trust too.
