VenmoThis is an Awesome 2010 Arctic Spa swim spa in very good contition! Professionally refurbished by Arctic Spas in 2020 (purchased used in 2020 form them). We have been enjoying it ever since.
8 ft wide x 14.5 ft long, needs an extra 2.5 ft of clearance on each end to open the cover. Also will need 80 inches in height clearance to open the cover. The cabinet height is 50 inches without cover.
~3.5 ft of water at its deepest point.
Includes the Spa Boy Onzen salt water automated maintenance system. This makes it a super easy, basically self maintaing pool. Includes a Wireless router for wifi connection so you can use the Artic Spa Spa Boy app to control and monitor the spa. Includes the stairs and top cover. Regularly maintained and all componets are functioning well. Heater and the 3 jet pumps all replaced in 2020, motherboard eco pack replaced in 2020, top cover replaced in 2020, LED lighting kit replaced in 2020, new topside controler unit in 2025, new PH and Chlorine probe in 2026. salt cell replaced Fall of 2025 (normally a yearly maintenance item). Runs on 220 electrical. Beautiful natural Cedar Wood cabinet with insulation inside making it efficient. We give it a coat of linseed oil each spring to maintain the wood.
It has 6 total swim jets, each pump controls a set of 2 swim jets. 3 diverters to switch each pump over to the seat jets when not using the swim jets, 6 seats each with jet packs and pleanty of standing room for a large group of friends! 2 water falls, 4 fountains that the kids love. Note: It will need to be moved professionally, its around $750 for movers. If a crane is needed you can expect double the moving cost. you won't need a crane to get it out of my property, its easily accessible.
