Tan microfiber suede couch with pull-out bed. Functionally it's in decent shape - it's comfortable, the cushions and pillows have plenty of fluff, not squashed. The pull out frame is a little bent in one spot but it doesn't affect its use. The main flaws are some wear on the fabric at the corners/edges, and some minor spots on the fabric. The mattress is in decent shape and has a foam topper and pillow top cover. Mattress is 52"x72". Couch is about 89"L x 38"D x 32"H
