This machine has a new motor in it. It does need some work. The table does not switch back and forth on its own. Not real sure what needs to be fixed to get that part working. I don’t know much about this machine so I can try and answer your questions but may not be able too. You will need to provide a way to move it , load it , and haul it. Price is negligible
