I’ve had this Blazer for years. I spent a few thousand on it last year and had the injectors replaced and the oil pan leak fixed. The engine runs good but the transmission lost third gear. The transmission was rebuilt by PRTC Performance and is now out of warranty. Rather than fix the transmission I bought a 2025 Blazer. It has a 9000 pound front winch with a wireless remote and I’ve used it a few times to get other people unstuck. The two front seats were badly worn so I bought two Corbeau seats with brackets that was about $1500. For someone that wants to fix the transmission this would be a good vehicle. The previous owner I bought it from bought the Blazer from an auction and it has a salvage title. I don’t think that it has been an accident, but I don’t know that for sure.
