Wheels are brand new, mowed my yard 1 time, and the bag is like new condition, the 2nd bag pictured is brand new, never used, I got a deal, I couldnt turn down. Runs, drives, cuts, bags perfect. Honda stopped making lawn mowers in Sept. 2023 so I'm firm on the price, with the new, and extra parts.
