Needs work, main issue is the crank to raise the canopy broke so it needs to be replaced in order to raise the canopy. I was gonna put an electric wench on it from harbor freight they are $50 but plans changed. The wiring is also not grounded correctly so when connected to vehicle with vehicle lights off the trailer lights works fine but if vehicle lights are on the trailer lights don’t work. Interior seems to be in good condition I haven’t seen any leaks. Exterior has some wear and tear but all seems are sealed. No propane tank. No battery, i have the title but it’s been filled all the way out and has a bill of sale to go with it but I’m guessing the title would work just fine to get a new one. $500 obo need gone asap
