This is a great office over at the Bright Building in downtown Provo. It has cement floors, an exposed brick wall and a cool lsteel and glass front wall/door. While it does not have an exterior window it does get natural light through the front door/glass wall and through to the office windows.

Landlord pays utilities, and provides fast free wifi. Access to a kitchenette, bathrooms and common space.

There is a door that connects through to ste 003 which may also be rented. Currently there is a two sided deadbolt on the door to seperate the two offices.
