Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking for someone to rent a room in our house in the Liberty Wells/Sugarhouse area. We recently bought the place, but I’ll be leaving town for about six months, so we’re hoping to find a renter during that time. The room is extra large, big enough to set up both a bedroom and a small living area if you’d like. You’d also have a brand new private bathroom, plus access to the shared living room and kitchen. The house has a fenced yard, a two-car garage, chickens, and a new washer and dryer. We’re asking $1,400/month including utilities, but we’re open to discussing details.
