The Deal: $1,000 Flat: This covers everything (Fiber internet, power, gas, water, trash).
The Suite: Private bathroom, large walk-in closet, and the room comes furnished (can be cleared out if you have your own bed).
The House: Modern, clean, and you have access to a fully stocked kitchen. No need to bring or buy a bunch of pots and pans! Washer/Dryer right outside your bedroom for easy laundry access. I have a small, well-behaved dog.
