Basically new heater! Was installed on a new build and the buyer immediately swapped to a tankless. Manufacturer Warranty still intact! Got some dings and scratches from the installers (see photo) The outside metal has nothing to do with the function of the heater as it just covers the insulation- so if that doesn’t bother you, it’s certainly cheaper! It’s in perfect working condition.
