We’ve had this crib in our garage since we switched our son to a twin bed and we don’t need it anymore. It turns into a full size headboard. It’s disassembled. Comes with base and mattress. Mattress does have a water stain. I’m not sure where the screws went. There are hardware kits on Amazon for it if you search the name hex socket screws.
