It features a bathtub/ Shower combination with a sink in the bathroom. The recreation room has exercise equipment of varying types including an elliptical trainer Ab machines and a kick bag . There is also a dart game and a TV For privacy and security we only allow guests with prior notice and permission. We do not allow Pets ,Drugs, smoking , alcohol or firearms. It’s a very nice environment. We live upstairs so maintenance is a text away. All utilities are included and Wifi is free . If you need gaming speeds it is available at extra cost. This home is secured by motion detection and over 20 cameras. Garden space is available on request. The home is close to every type of shopping, eating, recreation and transportation.
