French Vinegar Pots are meant to contain the leftover wine remnants, which are simply poured into the vessel and allowed to turn into vinegar. (And then of course, that wine vinegar is fabulous with olive oil and crusty bread...)
Handcrafted by Manufacture de Digoin, a Burgundian pottery concern with origins dating back to 1875, (in Digoin France) this collectible masterpiece will bring you much joy as a work of hand created art, and as a truly beautiful vessel.
Even though this vinegar pot was purchased about 40 years ago, it is in perfect unused mint condition.
