This trailer is in immaculate condition. I purchased this from the original owner in January of 2025. It has been garaged it's whole life. It is a bumper pull with a toy hauler garage application. The youtube link that I included is from the original sellers ad when he was advertising the trailer before I bought it (do NOT call the number or reachout with the info on the youtube link). It came from a non smoker and is still a non smoker setup. The last two pictures show the trailer in the garage it has been in since I have owned it. In the summer of 2025, I had 6 new tires plus the spare installed. I have also installed 2 brand new smart tv's. I have taken it out on a total of 3 trips since my family has had it. We have not used as often as we had hoped. I am able to fit my 2023 Can Am X3 (4 door) on 35' in the garage area.

In addition to the standard features, it also has a sealed undercarriage with R38 insulation, heavy duty welded braces for the springs and axles, and sumo springs.

With two drop down queen bunks in the rear, up to 8 people can sleep comfortably in this spacious unit, which has 17' to carry whatever toys you have. It has two AC units, central heat, and the extra insulation ensure the ideal comfort all year long.

The custom exterior finish is an awesome color scheme that definetely stands out from everything else out there.

The overall length is 39'4", width is 8'6", and height is 12'5". Dry weight Is 10,926 lbs and GVWR is 16,000 lbs. Water capacity is 122 gallons, gray is 50 gallons, and waste is 50 gallons. It has an onboard Onan generator (5.5kW), 3 propane tanks, 2 batteries, tankless water heater, and an onboard fuel station.

It is solar prepped, electric stabilizer jacks, 21' awning, Kicker sound system installed with amps and a subwoofer, backup camera, and electric jack.

The only known issue that it has is the trailer tongue at times does not always engage when dropping onto the trailer ball. You have to manually force the locking latch down to install the trailer pin safety lock.
