We are sadly selling our Houseboat share week #33 due to a recent move to London. This is a beautiful boat with wonderful owners located at Bullfrog Marina. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a solar chest freezer on the upstairs deck, which is wonderful for ice and frozen treats. There is a full size fridge in the kitchen. Sleeping pads on the top deck that are conveniently stored in a couch shaped canvas. Lawnchairs and a table and chairs on the top deck. You pick up the houseboat on a slip, allowing for easy loading and unloading. You can even spend the first night on the slip if more convenient. If you love Lake Powell as much as we do, this is a wonderful houseboat to enjoy it on.

Annual dues are: $2,250
