Two 85-gallon black water holding tanks, 312 gallons of fuel with toy tank hose/nozzle on back deck and a recently rebuilt Westerbeke generator.

It is propelled by twin 5.7-liter Mercury Mercruiser Motors, w/Bravo II Outdrives

1/5 share is available with multiple flexible weeks with easy ability to have it when you want it. – Generally weeks run from Monday to Sunday. The dues for this full share are currently $400/month.

DESERT HORIZON is docked at G-10 in the Halls Crossing Marina and is on an outside row with a great view of the lake as well as very easy access to get the boat in and out of the slip. The breakwater is generously spaced back nearly 200 feet.

In the last year we’ve completed comprehensive maintenance/upgrades to the boat.

This includes:

· All thru-hulls replaced

· All new fire extinguishers

· Rewired the house batteries and placed them in acid proof battery boxes with covers.

· Replaced all the fuel lines.

· Replaced all the fuel fill lines.

· Replaced engine compartment blowers.

· Replaced generator water pickup line.

· Added smoke and CO detectors.

· Replaced outdrive anodes.

· Replaced propane tank connectors.

· Resealed the top deck helm.

Other major work/items repaired or replaced in the last few years:

· Outdrive steering housings ($15k).

· The generator head was replaced and the generator converted to EFI.

· Boat Charger/Inverter.

· Both Fridge/Freezers.

We just had the boat serviced so it’s ready to go for the season.

This included:

· Replacing one fuel pump (the other was replaced two years ago).

· Replacing one carburetor

· A complete engine and carb tune up.
