VenmoI offer a 300-year-old (dehydrated) Parisian sourdough starter in a feeding jar for $20. This heritage starter is very robust and makes DELICIOUS bread! To rehydrate you simply just need to feed it a few times (1 part starter to 2 parts water and flour) but let the dehydrated start soak for 10-20 minutes before adding the flour. I do not know the name of the bakery but it was in the city of Paris.
I also have some sourdough guidebooks for an additional $25. You are welcome to pay for shipping.
