Selling three beautiful pieces of Salt & Pepper Granite. These were removed during a renovation and are in great condition—no cracks or major chips.
The highlight is a massive 9.5-foot continuous slab, which is extremely rare for a remnant. It’s perfect for a long home bar, a laundry room folding station, or a high-end garage workbench.
Dimensions:
- Main Slab: 114" x 18.5" (9.5 feet long!)
- Hearth Piece: 48" x 19" (Includes heavy-duty mounting brackets already attached)
- Medium Piece: 43.5" x 18.5"
Important Note on Transport: The 114" piece is very heavy (approx. 200+ lbs) and fragile due to its length. To prevent snapping, I suggest transporting on its edge (vertically), not flat.
You will need a full-sized truck or a trailer and at least 2–3 strong people to load this. I am located in Cottonwood Heights.
