Just over 2300 sqft total, 2.5 baths with full washer and dryer, attached garage and unfinished basement for some storage of items. Both rooms are available now! ABOUT THE ROOM(S): There are 2 rooms, both are bedrooms and one is 11'2 x 11'1 and the other is slightly smaller at 9'10 x 10'. Both have regular sized closets and share a common bath. The larger room that has the full size bed in the room is $750, and the smaller room with the thicker light brown shelves (has since been removed) is $650 with all utilities included and a shared bathroom. Any shelves or the bed itself can be removed if you do not want them. For both rooms (basically half the house to yourself) the price is $1250 which would make the bathroom your personal private bathroom. Ideally I would like 1 roommate but open to discussing 2 people renting since there is so much space. The home is dog friendly for 1-2 additional well-behaved and friendly dogs ($50 per month for each dog) i’m sorry no cats. I have a serious allergy! ABOUT ME: I am 27 and work full-time mostly during the afternoons and evenings. I am pretty quiet. I do not work from home but I do stream video games and all that and love to draw. I have 1 dog who is incredibly friendly and protective of the house and all who are in it. I have some things stored in the garage and basement and I'm fine if you have things to put there too. I currently only have room for 1 car in the garage (other half has a motorcycle in it plus the trash bins) but I am ok sharing that space. The driveway has room for 2 cars in addition to the garage. There is zero lawn maintenance since the HOA takes care of all that. The home was built in 2017 and is very nice with super easy access to the new Costco and all the shops and restraurants in Mountain View Village as well as The District right up the road.
