I’m getting married and looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease. I will cover April’s rent, and you won’t have to pay anything until May 1st! The lease ends in August, and you will have the option to renew the lease.

Rent is $619 plus utilities. The deposit is $919, and it is partially refundable. You will be charged a $50 cleaning fee when you move out.

The apartment is at 567 N University Ave Provo, UT. It’s a private bedroom with 3 female roommates in the apartment. You will share a bathroom with one girl. The roommates are very friendly and clean!

Great location! Across the street from the Provo library. Within walking distance of the Provo Rec Center and Smiths. There is a UVX bus stop right outside the parking lot, so this is perfect if you don't have car.
