I purchased two Hue downlights two weeks ago thinking they would interface with my Wiz app. It turns out they will not and I would have to buy a bridge. All my other bulbs are Wiz so I’m not inclined to do this. I would’ve just returned them, but I cut the light socket adapter and hardwired them in so they won’t let me return them. This does not negatively affect the lights in any way. You can simply wire up this attachment back on if you want to use it, or hardwire the lights in like I did
