This unit has been very lightly used, is in excellent condition and includes all accessories, a remote, and manuals. I bought it to cool down my garage and learned that I dramatically underestimated that task. This thing will work great in a normal use case though, like inside a house! Since that time, it's been in storage and I'd like to get it out of here.
