No leaks no soft spots, Solid roof and solid floor! No major rips tears or cracks in the interior. It sleeps 6 comfortably with a bunkhouse, a dinette sleeper, a futon, and the top shelf folds into a full size bed. Title in hand asking $5200 I will accept a reasonable offer!
