This is a sturdy wooden playhouse, treehouse, pirate ship, space ship, or just a place to hang out in the shade. It’s structurally very sound and solid, and can be placed on a patio, or set onto pavers in the dirt or grass. It’s not cemented into the ground but can be anchored. The white plastic lattice is mostly broken and needs removed or replaced, and the green parts need repainted. But the rest is all in very good shape. Just to purchase the wood and hardware to build this yourself would cost about $800. The security lights and camera, and the swings are NOT included.

Size: base footprint is 7’8” x 7’8” square. It’s 10’8” tall.

It’s very heavy and I cannot help you move it. To move this, you will need to provide:

• 6 - 8 very strong people to carry it (it can be tipped sideways and carried)
• A flatbed truck or trailer that can hold something about 8' wide by 11' long. Minimum trailer size is 5' x 8' with the playhouse extended over the edges.
