These are beefy/strong Pergola Kits that will hold up to the wind, snow, and temperature changes we get in Utah. This is a cost effective way to get an amazing Pergola installed at your home. Prices are included in pictures.

• I will laser level the kit while installing to reduce stress on joints.\
• All the bolts get coated with a bonding agent so they will not loosen and back out over time due to wind, vibrations, and expansion/contraction of the wood. I also add fasteners where needed to ensure your new Pergola will last a very long time.\
• Pergolas come with 6 inch post and 1 inch ridge beams so they are very sturdy and will hold up in the Utah weather.\
• All Pergolas come with a five year manufacture warranty. I will register your project for the warranty at the time of install.\
• Install are typically completed in one day\
• Pergolas come in specific sizes which is noted in the pictures.
