Room for Rent – Kearns, UT

Hi! I have a room available in my home in Kearns and I’m looking for a great roommate to share the space with. It’s a cozy, comfortable home in a super convenient location—about 20 minutes to downtown SLC, Fort Union, and 40 minutes to the Cottonwoods.

The house has a really great outdoor space with plenty of room for gardening, which I love, and it’s a peaceful place to come home to after work or weekend adventures.

Rent: $600/month Deposit: $600 Additional: $50 background check + reference required

A little about me: I’m pretty laid back and enjoy gardening, camping, mountain biking, and getting out of town on weekends. I’d love to have a friendly, easygoing dynamic with a roommate, but I also totally respect personal space.

I’m ideally looking for a working professional (30+) with a similar 9–5 schedule.

I do keep a fairly clean home, so it’s important to me to live with someone who naturally maintains shared spaces and is respectful of the home.
