I am looking for someone to take over the last two months of my lease, May 1 though July 1. It is a room in a 2-bed 1-bath house in the Ballpark neighborhood of Salt Lake City. Move in May 1st, 2026.
$900/month including utilities. No extra monthly fees for pets.
The bedroom is small but beautiful, with original hardwood floors and a good-sized closet. There is ample storage space elsewhere in the house, including the basement and garage. The bathroom is shared.
This house is in a great location, with tons of restaurants, coffeeshops, and a brewery within easy walking distance. Close to the 17 bus stop and the Ballpark Trax station.
I live in this house with the homeowner, Leah, and their two dogs Hubbard and Clem. Leah is a professor at the U of U and in their mid-30's. I'm moving out of SLC for the summer, which is why I'm trying to find a subletter for the remainder of my lease.
Leah has a bed frame and mattress you can use if you want to. All of my belongings will be gone.
No cats. Dogs must get along with other dogs.
