VenmoI’m getting out of the Kia soul repair business. I have done over 10 last year and have 2 full ones 2012 1.6 2019 1.6 then the complete drive train out of a 2017 with super low miles.
The 2019 was light damage to the drivers doors and front fender that was repaired and driven for a few months back and forth to park city. Kid didn’t change oil and if you know the kias that is their weak spots. Dirty oil and they go Kaput. It still starts and runs good enough to put on a trailer.
2012 again was put back on the road and same kid was driving to get dinner and an idiot sideswiped him. Again super light damage. Still runs and drives but needs drivers front suspension attention.
2017 body is still here but I’ve robbed most of the parts off it to repair others. I was going to use it for a 1981 bug to become a soul-bug but then pulled front K-member with all the suspension to fix the 2019 and then noticed that I should’ve checked because it’s the 2.0. Yes after repairing as many as I have done you’d think I’d have checked, but I was angry that my kid blew up the nicest one.
Tons of extra parts airbags interior clusters etc. Enough that if you are patient and willing to deal with eBay and KsL people you could easily make some money.
Trades are welcome but I’m not really looking for anything, but worst I will say is no thanks. I am a sucker for choppers, pre 70’s cars 73-79 ford trucks, 2nd amendment as well. Also if you happen to have a good twin cam Harley engine laying around.
