ZelleI bought these a few years ago and had them on my bed bed cap on my tundra. I since sold the truck so I have both of the racks with the keys and the locks. you just need the base pieces they fit right on top of a truck topper. I used to haul my kayak and canoe on it. It was great! These damn things are expensive, but you can have both crossbars keys with the locks for a hundred bucks. You just need to get the base plates so it locks down to it.
