ZelleI bought these a few years ago and had them on my bed bed cap on my tundra. I since sold the truck so I have both of the racks with the keys and the locks. you just need the base pieces they fit right on top of a truck topper. I used to haul my kayak and canoe on it. It was great! These damn things are expensive, but you can have both crossbars keys with the locks for a hundred bucks. You just need to get the base plates so it locks down to it. They have the brackets, and the install kit. I've included pictures and part numbers. they are located at Sam T. Evans in Ogden.
