Used - Poor, significant wear

Bak Flip Tonneu Cover came off a 2020 3500 HD Silverado Should fit 6'9" bed The cover was bent when I bought the truck, I took it off and straightened the rails but it slightly damaged the rubber. I have the replacement rubber but I can get the existing out, due to rivets that must be stainless. I've tried to drill them out but failed.

You can have the cover for free but if you want the replacement rubber, I'll want $50, because otherwise I'll send it back for a refund.
