Ideal for engraving and repair shops or any work area where engraving, grinding, polishing or soldering is done, this 150cfm Quatro Gold Vault extra-compact fume and dust collector eliminates dust, debris and odors at their source as you work. The dust collector provides a highly efficient, three-stage filtration system that captures all your metal and material sweeps and fumes. The space-saving design includes a "T" fitting for the collector intake port that allows you to attach two hoses (included), if desired, and use the collecter at two benches simultaneously. The collector also features variable speed control that adapts to the level of suction you need for the task(s) at hand. Its high-speed turbine ensures efficient, trouble-free debris removal. Rated at just 57dB while in operation, the collector also minimizes noise distraction in your shop or studio.

The filtration system consists of a large, cube-shaped disposable filter bag, a charcoal odor filter, and a HEPA dust and fume filter. The cube filter bag provides a high capture capacity, making it last for a long time and need less-frequent replacement; it captures metal shavings, dust, debris and solder fumes. The filter bag is sealable, making it fast and easy to simply close it and send it off for refining. The charcoal and HEPA filters are a full 1" thick and fit snugly into the cabinet for enhanced efficiency. Both are modular, making them easy to replace as needed (replacements are available separately).

The two 6-foot suction hoses (1-1/2"-dia.) have rubber fittings that seal effectively to the collector and to your accessories. Connect the hose end to the Quatro Gold Vault suction bench pin, to the Quatro Gold Vault workbench capture arm (both available separately), or to your own hood (any style that has an appropriate-sized opening).
