I am the second owner of this trailer. the first honor had a captain a garage in St George for most of the life of the trailer i have had it for several years and due to a minor fender bender the trailer has a rebranded title. Everything works the water pump the water tank the stove the air conditioner the heater you actually has a small added space heater all of the windows work great no broken glass no water damage no other leaks no pipes leaking the plumbing and electrical works perfect. We never used the bathroom in the trailer to go number two so it never had that nasty bad order that some trailers have this trailer is in Immaculate condition that does have some cosmetic issues because the gentleman wood tape the doors shut whenever he would have take it to Salt Lake City so some of the finish on the doors has been damaged. The propane tanks are filled and really i'm only selling it because my kids are too big for the table bed so I need to buy a trailer with bunk beds instead . this trailer has an upgraded memory foam real nice top of the line queen size mattress i have bought all of the tires in October last year so everything is in perfect condition i also had the brakes done last april. If you watch the TV series Homestead or the TV series Yellowstone Marshall this trailer was in it so it's kind of a cool trailer
