7 horsepower engine. starts first pull. one handle adjusts the height of all four wheels. the tires don't show hardly any wear. it has the easy walk system so the harder you pull back the faster it goes but it we'll also go very slow rear drive system with the bigger Wheels on the back I believe it is a 22 inch blade. it measures 23 and 1/2 in outside of the cutting area. great mower!
