We are selling our share of a 6 owner share boat out of halls with a covered slip. You get 3 prime weeks a year and can get more if weeks are available. Owners are fantastic and a great group. That are ambitious to fix it up a bit. The last few years flooring has been the focus’s along with new cavas on the top deck. Every year is a work trip you all go down and repair what is needed that year. This year is new carpet on the top deck. We don’t have great pictures as we weren’t planning on selling. So happy to answer any questions. please reach out. Also new owner has to have boat experience and have to be approved to buy in. Boat has 1 bedroom on main along with a bathroom. Also has a sink down stairs and a bed to the left. On the right is storage for allot of mats to sleep on upstairs, also couch in family room turns into a bed. New slid a couple years back as well.
