Has been a great printer. Was working great!

As with all printers this needed maintenance on the print heads twice since I bought it new from Staples.

I cleaned them succesfully and restored the printer to full working order.

About a year later it need a second cleaning. During this cleaning I allowed my 10 year old son to help, and he accidentally splashed cleaning fluid on the inside of the printer. Now it won't print. Sometimes it says paper jam and other times it just says error.

My best guess is that the cleaning fluid splashed on one of the sensors and gives the printer the false jam error.

I just don't want to figure out how to clean the sensors and get it running again.

Should be an easy fix for someone tech savvy.

Printer is compelely topped off with ink and includes sealed bottle of black refill ink and a few bottles of ink that are mostly used.
