This is a very well maintained and clean camper. It’s been owned by an older couple for the past several years and lightly used with them. A new water heater was installed 2 years ago, but everything else on it functions and works well with no leaks in the roof. It has pretty much all the paperwork/manuals for everything down to even the brakes and the axles. The only reason it’s being sold is because they went to a 5th wheel instead of a bumper pull. I am not the owner but am helping the owner in trying to sell it. Price is 15,500 or best offer.
