very durable, can hold a lot of items, can also be used to hold a large TV and electronics with a hole in the back for access to outlets. is extremely heavy. need to get sold right away because I'm moving . I actually live in cottonwood heights. I am on the bottom floor of an apartment so there are no large steps to have to go up or down
