92" WEST ELM HARMONY SOFA in LIGHT TAUPE/Gray (West Elm store's official upholstery names; type: performance velvet, color: Dune)

This listing is for a 92" Harmony Sofa, a best selling sofa by contemporary furnishings company: West Elm. Sofa has had only one owner. Not regularly used so cushions and padding are all like new, meaning no sagging/noticeable deformies in the sofas frame. upholstery kept very CLEAN w/ regular vacuuming & industrial BISSELL upholstery cleaner (Shampooed and deep cleaned annually). This sofa has NEVER been in a home with pets! No pet hair or odors/stains. Incredibly comfortable and deep seats with a total of 8 separate cushions (see below for more details).

there is only one flaw: a small tear in the upholstery in the base of the left bottom side of the sofa (photos of tear in album, photo has large red arrow pointing to defect). This can be repaired by an upholstery shop or even a handy repair person with a staple gun, clamps and upholstery glue!

**Please see measurement details in photos!! item is an unusual size and heavy - may not fit in some building elevators or apt entry doors, especially arched doorways in older buildings (speaking from experience here). So please reference the measurements in our photo album and be sure you can fit the sofa in your space before you purchase.

Legs are a dark walnut veneer And are removable. They have a few small chips but are stable and still in better than normal condition for a used sofa

All 8 cushions (2 seat, 2 large back, 2 armrests and 2 throw pillow) are in tact with no upholstery tears, holes, burns, stains, etc. - they are still very full and the seat shows no slouching. The sofa frame has only a small tear in the upholstery on front left bottom corner which occurred during a move.

Pickup in downtown salt lake ONLY. No delivery. No exceptions. Please note that we do not provide delivery services or arrange for delivery to any location. You will be responsible for the pickup of the sofa from our storage facility (300 S and 700 W). Potential, serious buyers are welcome to come and view the sofa in the unit by appointment.

If you purchase the sofa but are unable to arrange same day pickup, I will try my best to be available the following two or three days after the sofa is paid for to arrange to meet you at the storage unit with your truck/van & extra hands. I strongly recommend a large, open bed truck or U-Haul ~

We ONLY accept Cash or Zelle. No exceptions, no partial payment, no in person games or sob stories please. Payment is required in full before the sofa leaves the indoor storage facility building. No exceptions. No excuses. If Zelle is your form of payment, the funds for the full purchase price must be in your account and deposited into ours before you take the sofa from the storage facility.

You will need at least 1 very strong person to help you get it out of the building and to the moving vehicle - but we strongly recommend 2 people join you to help you safely move the sofa into your truck.

We cannot assist w/ any heavy lifting or loading so please be prepared if you purchase this sofa, to bring someone to help you move it. There is an elevator and carts available to help you carry it out of the climate controlled storage building and to load it Onto your moving vehicl.

Please message us to arrange a time to view/buy/pickup the sofa; We are usually available Monday - Friday 11am-5pm and 10am-2pm Saturday and Sunday. these hours are not guaranteed so please be flexible.
