We are only selling because we are moving and the kids will finally have their own separate rooms. It has been used for only two years and is in great structural condition. It’s a very sturdy frame and features a built-in slide and a cute "window" design with wood-panel accents. Details: Design: Twin-over-twin house frame (perfect for decorating with lights or curtains). Features: Attached slide and a small built-in shelf/table on the top bunk. Condition: Minimal wear. There is a little bit of sticker residue in a couple of spots from the kids, but it can easily be cleaned off with some Goo Gone or warm soapy water. Safety: Full-length guardrails on the top bunk and a sturdy integrated ladder. This is a great space-saver and makes bedtime actually fun.

Must be able to pick up in Mapleton it's partially disassembled right now for transportation, but screws are labeled.
