The couch was custom built to be wider and have a long Chase Lounge for our tall family 10+ years ago. It's a comfortable couch and easy to clean has normal wear and tear but pretty great condition for their age. The fabric is cool in the summer, comes with the two matching throw pillows shown in picture, great for a mancave or basement set up.
