Hi! I am looking for a female roommate for my townhome since my boyfriend is moving for work. The townhome is located in a nice and quiet area, 8 minutes from USU and the drive there has absolutely no traffic. Walking distance from Walmart, parks and trails! It is a 2 story townhome and the rooms are across the hall so it is nice and spacious without the hassle of 4+ roommates whilst still feeling like a home! I will be gone mid May through mid August so you would have the place all to yourself which is nice!

Please note that the room will be unfurnished by the time of moving in, this is just a reference! I would be your only roommate, looking for someone quiet, clean and respectful!

Must be okay with an ESA dog, but no other pets sorry! Looking to move in around April 18th, but no later than May 3rd! I am 20 years old and a Junior studying Mechanical Engineering at USU, so preferably someone along those lines! :)
