It’s a solid piece of equipment, but I’m just clearing out some space and realized I won’t have the time to finish it like I planned.The bones are great—built on a heavy-duty dual-axle trailer frame that’s leveled and ready to move. It’s already framed out, subfloor is down, and I’ve got the Ply Gem windows and the main door installed and flashed. It’s weather-wrapped (Rex Wrap) so it’s stayed dry and protected.This is the perfect head start for someone who wants to do the interior their own way without starting from scratch on the heavy lifting. Works great as a foundation for a cabin, ADU, or full-time tiny living. Just don't need it anymore and want to see it go to someone who will finish it up!
Buyer will need to transport, needs new tires, at Costco priced 130 to 180$ per tire. Trailer base has sat for 30 years,
